My ideal client is a child, adolescent, or adult feeling overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, or substance use, often struggling with relationships or daily functioning. They need a supportive, trauma-informed space to feel understood, build coping skills, and strengthen self-advocacy. Their goals include improving emotional regulation, stability, and connection with others, while creating consistent support across home, school, and community. They want clarity, empowerment, and sustainable change because they’re ready to live more confidently and authentically. I offer trauma-informed therapy for children, families, and adults, specializing in depression, anxiety, autism, ADHD, trauma, and substance use. Using CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and ARC, I help build coping skills, emotional regulation, and stronger relationships, with coordinated support alongside families and care teams.
