Hi...my name is Mary T. Colmenares, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Clinician, as well as a Registered Play Therapy Supervisor. I am located in San Diego, CA, and see clients in person or via teletherapy. I work with children, ages 3-17, as well as adults. I provide Play Therapy and a Client-Centered approach, which allows the client to share their story. I specialize in Grief Therapy, Anxiety, Depression, and the numerous life transitions that we all face. I find that children as well as adults often present with the above.
