As humans, we are constantly trying to build connection with others and make meaning of the things going on around us. Sometimes that can be difficult, have unexpected challenges, or feel overwhelming. I work with clients to explore/understand life's challenges and/or build deeper and more genuine connections. I also work with them to improve their overall psychological, emotional and physical health. My goal is always to help clients build confidence in their ability to cope with challenges on their own. I believe in creating a safe therapeutic environment that fosters vulnerability, acceptance, hope and connection.
