I am a licensed clinical social worker. I began my career as a social worker in 2017 and specialize in working with clients of all ages. I. I believe that the relationships we build, with ourselves and others, are central to personal growth. My therapeutic approach centers on fostering connection, understanding, and empowerment to help clients reach their goals. I specialize in working with clients experiencing challenges related to anxiety, ADHD, autism, OCD, phobias, sensory processing difficulties, and emotional regulation. Additionally, I am experienced in supporting clients as they navigate a variety of concerns that impact their lives: social situations, friendships, school/work, family life, neurodivergence, LGBTQ+, and sports. I view therapy as a collaborative journey and am committed to supporting my clients every step of the way.
