I am an LMFT, with many years of clinical experience having worked with kids, teens, adults, & groups, with a variety of challenges & mental health concerns. Currently, I only work with adults in Individual Therapy. Clients who are facing challenges, whether it's symptoms of ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, Trauma, low self esteem, poor boundaries, relational/occupational issues, & etc. I promote healthy coping strategies & guide my clients towards self clarity & confidence, improve boundaries & communication, & find resolutions to issues.
