I believe in the uniqueness of each human being and that all people have inherent strengths. I know when a person seeks counseling it is because he/she is feeling overwhelmed or stuck. In the safety of a professional helping relationship you will address those areas as well as recognize and utilize your own strengths so you can move forward to resolve your problems. I work with people on a variety of difficult life issues and I meet each person where they are at. In addition to helping individual adults, I work with parents, families and children ages 7-18.
