At Lake Therapeutic, I offer assessment, treatment planning, and therapy for individuals 18 years and older who are seeking meaningful personal growth. Therapy is provided with a compassionate, thoughtful, client-centered approach that fosters healing, growth, and resilience. Through a calm, inclusive, and grounded therapeutic environment, I meet individuals where they are and walk alongside them as they navigate life's challenges with courage and clarity. Clients are provided with a clear explanation of the therapy process and therapy expectations. My goal is to meet clients where they are - whether feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change.
