I have experienced many seasons of life. I understand we all are on different routes and make stops along the journey. I try to embrace each new path. Life is full of joy and trials. I assist you in working through life’s challenges. My belief is that these challenges can have value and give us an opportunity for self-reflection and growth. When we find our strengths we can move forward and find inner peace. I enjoy working with adults, children over the age of 6 and couples. We all face emotional challenges.
