I will allow your voice to be heard in a safe environment where you can you to let go of anxiety and build your confidence to live the life you truly want. It will be a healing journey full of growth and overall improved well being. We can focus on practical solutions or go deeper and help you discover an inner peace by letting go of what is no longer serving you. Whatever it is, we will do it together. My therapy treatment is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy ( DBT) and EMDR. I'm flexible and willing to find the right treatment to get you to where you want to be. Therapy is not a "one size fits all", it just cant be since you are uniquely you.
