Hi! My name is Mary Denning and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping my clients live happier, healthier lives. As your therapist, my goal is to help you achieve yours. I will act as a sounding board for you to freely express your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. In the meantime, I will be doing my best to fully understand you, and in turn help you understand yourself. We’ll work together to set achievable goals, and I’ll help equip you with the right tools as we move through the therapeutic process. I truly enjoy working with each one of my clients to help them bring transformational change to their lives. I have decades of experience in the mental health field spanning work with many age groups, cultures, and diagnoses. Whatever you might be feeling or experiencing, I am happy to help you work through this in a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space. Life is too short to be at war with yourself.
