My name is Mary Sanchez and I have 30 years of experience working with diverse populations. I specialize in working with women and teen girls who have experienced trauma, anxiety or are struggling with life transition. I use EMDR, hypnotherapy, mindfulness and DBT skills to assist people in creating their best life. I think outside the box and use nature, drumming, spirituality as resources for clients healing journey. I will honor your path and meet you where you are at to assist you in forward movement.
