I work primarily with young adults, adults, and couples who experience difficulties in relationships or struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, infidelity, infertility, pregnancy loss, or physical illness. Transitions at various times in life can become overwhelming. I am interested in helping people find their way forward, often identifying aspirations and choices which may be difficult to recognize when they are feeling worried or alone. In my private practice, psychotherapy sessions will usually be on a weekly basis.
