The clients I usually work with have experienced some kind of traumatic event(s) currently and/or in their past and are struggling with functioning in their daily lives because of the impacts of the event(s) on their mind, body, and relationships. I work with adults, teens and their families who are experiencing stress, dysregluated emotions, strained relationships, and poor self-esteem. These individuals and families want to stop their negative moods and experiences but feel powerless to change them.
