About
I approach therapy collaboratively, striving to be unbiased and nonjudgmental yet supportive and trusting. I believe therapy should be a safe space to explore one's fears while practicing real-life communication skills in order to improve our relationships and our ability to cope with life's challenges. I encourage my clients to find their authentic voice and personal values amongst influences from family, peers and society about how relationships, intimacy and success "should" be defined. My style of therapy is engaging and solution-focused using validation, empathy and humor.
