My work with clients has often focused on trauma resolution around issues of abuse, family dysfunction, both past and recent trauma.I have extensive experience with adolescents, families, and with women who are working through life changes. I have worked with clients addressing gender dysphoria, both teens and adults working through gender identity issues. My training is eclectic, including TA, Gestalt, Guided Imagery, CBT, Mindfulness meditation, and EMDR. My goal is to find what works best for you. My interest is helping my clients work through trauma, big or small, recent or past. We all experience life changes, some with joy and some with sadness and regret. I use careful listening, affirmation, and skills from CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness to help guide insight and acceptance, leading to change.
