I am a licensed clinical social worker and Reiki Master with over a decade of experience supporting individuals living with substance use disorders, co-occurring mental health conditions, and trauma. My work helps clients break cycles of self-destruction, develop emotional regulation skills, and rebuild a meaningful life in alignment with their values. I integrate evidence-based practices with intuitive and somatic techniques to support healing on every level: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. My approach is trauma-informed, nonjudgmental, and rooted in a deep respect for each person's unique path to recovery.
