I am a clinic psychologist with 25 years experience working with adults and adolescents in psychotherapy. I hold faculty appointments at Harvard Medical School and McLean Hospital. I believe therapy is about partnering with clients on a journey of self-discovery, developing realistic and achievable life goals using a mix of empirically-supported therapeutic approaches. These approaches include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Interpersonal Psychotherapy.
