Therapy is a unique experience in which trust and collaboration are built and developed over time between the therapist, client, and family members. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I strive to look at the family as a system and how an individual within the system is able to develop appropriate boundaries and healthy communication patterns. I utilize CBT, DBT and Air Network/Anchor Relational Therapy techniques for trauma. I believe in the art of play for children and adults and work with Experiential and various Play Therapy techniques. I work with children age 3-years to adults.
