I am a licensed clinical social worker who has provided mental health services for the past 30 years to children, adolescents , families and adults in a variety of settings. My practice uses a multi-modal approach that includes cognitive behavior, solution focused and play therapy approaches. I believe in collaboratively working with clients to identify their strtengths to use in finding solutions that match their values and lifestyle. Therapy is a process of helping clients learn skills and coping strategies that they can use independently and adapt throughout their life. Life is like an ocean. We can learn to ride the waves!
