My focus is to help bring out your strengths, and find solutions to difficult problems you may be experiencing. My belief is that people carry the solutions within themselves, and I am happy to help facilitate finding them with you.I create a safe space in my office, so that we may work through any issues which may arise. I also work with couples, to help heal wounds, which may be old or new, and to come to a new understanding , through deeper communication. I have been finding success with my couples work, using Emotionally Focused Therapy techniques. I also tend to work well with people who are experiencing anxiety.
