Currently I'm taking clients in Georgia and Florida except Lee and Collier Counties. I've helped many people work through difficult trauma with EMDR and know how effective it is. I'm confident that it can provide resolution to past events. I've helped people overcome addictions, difficult family dynamics and breakdowns in communication. I can teach you skills to manage relationships more effectively so they don't contribute to depression and anxiety. When depression and anxiety do set in, I've learned Mindfulness and CBT practices that can reduce those effects which I look forward to teaching you.
