Hi! I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of clinical experience in a variety of outpatient settings. I strive to bring a warm, empathetic and client-centered approach to my work and focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship. I engage my clients with the use of cognitive-behavioral, person-centered and solution focused modalities. I also assist my clients with developing practical coping skills, strengthening emotional resilience and building confidence. I work with adolescents and adults, offering individual, couples and family counseling.
