Emotional stress and difficulties can get in the way of reaching one's personal and professional goals, at any age. As a licensed clinical social worker, I provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents and adults. I practice from a psychoanalytic perspective because my professional experience has shown me that this way of working can result in deep and meaningful change that is lasting. I also incorporate other treatment techniques from the perspectives of developmental, interpersonal, CBT and stress management, and parent support and consultation, as indicated.
