It takes real courage to seek support for your mental and emotional well-being. You may be exploring your LGBTQ+ experience, navigating gender identity, facing life transitions, or healing from past trauma. Perhaps anxiety, relationship challenges, or societal pressures feel overwhelming. My goal is to provide an affirming space where you feel seen and valued. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and move toward healing with warmth, humor, and compassion. I work with individuals ages 16 and up, both in-person and via telehealth.
