Mental health and emotional independence have always been a journey and passion of mine. Due to my own adversity, I have a wide understanding of the struggles we all face on a day-to-day basis. To be able to acknowledge and accept our inner emotional conflict is the first step to finding stability within ourselves. I specialize in helping children and adolescents who are faced with anxiety, depression, and trauma - to adopt the necessary skills and utilize them to convey a more diverse emotional vocabulary, better express themselves, and healthily cope.
