I work with individuals who have been challenged with Anxiety disorders, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Anger Management Issues, Relationship Problems, Chronic Illness, Grief and Loss and Stress Management. I am a LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and work with clients from different faiths. I have experience helping others through their challenges and assisting them in making connections and applying skills to make changes.
