Hi, I am Mary. I am a Conditionally Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I see clients age 18 and above. My client are stuck in some way and need help finding good coping skills, finding strength and resilience in an ever changing world. I use a client centered approach, brief exposure therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, and mindfulness just to name a few. My background is in nursing in psychology units, vocational/clinical outpatient counseling, health and wellness coaching, management, and occupational health. I utilize a strengths-based approach to help employees and clients set goals, and work towards them.
