I have had the privilege of listening to the stories of those who have entered my office over the last 30 years. I know that every person is unique with their own experience of life. I work with issues such as relationship issues, loss, struggle, betrayal, fears, trauma and internal conflict. Through therapy you will come to understand your experience and develop tools for creating change. I am convinced me that each of us has the ability to heal.I have successfully worked with individuals, couples, families and groups around issues of anxiety, depression, loss, trauma, self-esteem, relationship issues. My approach is straight forward and collaborative. I use humor and believe in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship. My client(s) and I create a trusting, non-judgmental environment.
