Our grief and longing draw us closer to our truest selves and help us surrender to being reshaped. Are you aware of what is withering inside of you to make room for the flowering of your Truest Self? My work is grounded in Psychodynamic theory and skillfully weaves together multiple therapeutic techniques including AEDP, Somatic-Experiencing, Mindfulness-based strategies, Trauma-focused interventions, IFS, and Ecotherapy. I am continually astounded by the growth that occurs when people grow a capacity to be in relationship with themselves.
