In my therapy practice, my goal is to treat each client as an individual, drawing on theories and techniques which suit that person. I combine ideas from Rogerian, existentialist, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, Gestalt and Jungian theories, and have training in various types of trauma work and dream work.
