I provide a warm, nurturing, collaborative environment to foster healthy emotional functioning and growth. My goal is to assist you in creating a healthier sense of self. Through my experience, I have come to learn that counseling is most beneficial when possibilities of hope, healing, and action are developed through meaningful conversations. My focus is on helping clients manage their distressful symptoms, identify learned patterns and unhelpful ways of thinking, rewire their brains, reprocess trauma, and access their strengths to use as leverage to work through their upsetting events, fears, anxiety, and blindspots.
