I am a licensed professional counselors with over 12 years of experience helping people with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, grief, family problems, OCD and trauma. I can help you manage those overwhelming feelings, or in finding ways to get unstuck and start moving forward. I am also a pastor's wife, and I have experience working with spiritual concerns, church problems, and church hurt. My therapy style is meant to create a safe space that is warm, comfortable and motivating. I value your trust and want you to feel open about your struggles and goals for therapy.
