My ideal client is the individual who perceives that the struggles of life are more difficult than they should be and who desires to gain an understanding of strategies to manage the complexities of life with less stress and greater satisfaction. My focus though out my career has been assist clients in gaining insight and strategies to improve their current psychological, emotional and physical functioning. My practice has a strong focus on the the treatment of trauma throughout the lifespan. Many of our current concerns are frequently related to the unavoidable traumas that occur both during childhood and in our relationships. Many of our psychological issues are rooted in previous experiences that have left negative feelings.
