I really enjoy helping individuals navigate life by giving them a safe outlet to develop skills and learn more about themselves. I love helping teens and young adults find their way through life, and a big part of that is helping those that experience anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I like to help clients by focusing on their individual needs by using a combination of different counseling techniques that includes somatic internal family systems and emotionally focused therapy to help build skills to meet their counseling goals.
