Welcome! I'm Mary Kate and I am a mental health therapist providing therapy to adults and couples throughout the Greater Boston area and Massachusetts. Over the past 15 years in the field, I have witnessed the powerful and healing impact therapy has on individuals and couples. I have seen individuals live more meaningful and content lives due do the therapeutic process. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we can work through emotional challenges.
