Hi, I’m Mary Kate. I have a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from the University of West Alabama. I am an Associate Licensed Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. I utilize a trauma-informed approach to ensure that every client feels safe, understood, and empowered. I work with individuals navigating neurodivergence, including autism, ADHD, and OCD, and I also support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and challenges with self-esteem.
