As a Licensed Independent Addiction Counselor my focus is to empower and support clients by introducing solutions to attain continued recovery from addictions both physical, behavioral, and co-occurring diagnosis. I will inspire, motivate, and support you from the beginning. I know what it takes to go from a life of addiction to a life of sobriety! I am an experienced trauma therapist trained in complex trauma and EMDR and will create a compassionate supportive experience in safe space with no judgment for you to feel comfortable opening up in an environment that fosters long term health and wellness. I implement a holistic approach. I see people as creative, resourceful, and whole. Each day I show up with the intention to inspire clients to believe in themselves again. I whole-heartedly believe that everything changes when we address our core beliefs and traumas of the past so you can move forward with your life.
