I'm Beth Krusac, LCSW licensed in Georgia. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, parenting issues, and more. I utilize a wide array of approaches in therapy and incorporate holistic techniques to help you reach your full potential from a whole health and wellness mindset. My approach to therapy is to be flexible. I use client-centered techniques to focus on you and your goals. I also utilize CBT, strength-based, solution-focused, and mindfulness techniques. My belief is that therapy is just a conversation between two people and working collaboratively to meet your own mental health goals.
