I’m an LMHC with 20 years of experience providing collaborative, supportive, practical, and useful therapy. I work with children, adolescents, teens, adults, families, and couples. I use CBT, ACT, mindfulness, relaxation skills, psychoeducation, and trauma-informed approaches to help clients navigate ADHD, loss, depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma and other life challenges. My work with children focuses on teaching self-advocacy skills and communication strategies between child and parent. When appropriate, I also collaborate with teachers and other medical providers.
