I am a trauma-informed, person-centered therapist working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression. My approach is eclectic, drawing from IFS, EMDR, somatic work, psychodynamic techniques, and other evidence-based modalities to fit each client’s unique needs. I strive to create a safe, affirming space for all clients, with a particular focus on supporting underserved and marginalized communities. My goal is to help clients explore their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and build a life aligned with their values.
