My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore your story with authenticity, courage, and self-compassion. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I'm especially passionate about supporting women through infertility, postpartum struggles, and birth trauma.
