Hello, I have been in practice for 25 years and specialize in working with couples, teens, women's issues, trauma, anxiety and depression. It is my goal to help you live a life that it is more fulfilling and reduces your suffering. I offer a relaxed, non-judgemental space for you to explore any area of your life that is troubling you. People come into therapy for a wide range of reasons. Together we will explore yours. We will look at cause, current impact and develop strategies to help you live with more ease and less struggle. I use a variety of treatment modalities including, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Techniqes, and Imago therapy and Relational Life Techniques for couples. I stay current with the latest developments in best psychological practices to offer you the most effective treatment.
