I believe that people benefit from an intergrated, holistic approach, and view my role as shining a light to help them find their way and remember their own light. Whether a person, couple or family come in for issues such as depression, anxiety, gief, chronic illness, ADHD, parenting skills or life prupose, Spirit, Mind, Body Psychotherapy can increase one's self awareness, sense of self empowerment, use of effective tools to assist focus, goal setting and completion, and an overall sense of well being and joy.
