I am a dynamic, caring counselor. I have 21 years experience in counseling. I partner with clients and families to help them with ADHD, ANXIETY, and Grief symptoms. I am a stress reduction specialist. I work with Adults, children and teenagers with anxiety. I am a specialist in utilizing the Harvard ADD/ ADHD interventions for Adults, adolescents with ADD and ADHD. I also work with clients who have other symptoms. I treat families for resolution of conflicts and to help families have better relationships.. My goal is to help my clients become happier, more calm and able to say yes to their lives.
