I work IN-PERSON using individual and family therapy to help pre-teens, adolescents and adults develop coping skills for dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression and stressful life events. I particularly enjoy doing psycho-education and teaching parenting skills to parents of children/adolescents with ADHD.
