Often clients need to be seen and heard so that they can process emotions and stress from past trauma or current stressors in which they feel stuck and unable to move forward. You may need support to better understand your life experiences that led you to the present. You need to feel the safe compassionate presence of another to process. I provide warm, relational, supportive client centered therapy and am experienced with anxiety, depression and trauma. I have worked with people from diverse ethnic and socio economic backgrounds and integrate an understanding of cultural factors and intergenerational trauma in our work.
