As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I provide a safe, non judgmental and compassionate environment to navigate present and past challenges. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I use several different modalities in therapy to meet an individual's needs. I am specifically trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Adoption Competency. Supporting and empowering each person individually to move to a more fulfilling and satisfying feeling is my goal as a therapist.
