I have the privilege of working with children, adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of challenges in life. Calming and attuning to your experience, I am here to offer an exploration of these questions to build self-understanding that can lead to new attitudes, feelings and goals as life presents its challenges. Often adolescents feel misunderstood and their parents are confused or struggling to see the person behind the challenges. I help adolescents and parents shed the anxiety from feeling unsure of themselves so they can feel confident and connected again. Blending and balancing the need for insight and understanding as well as the tools of healthy day-to-day coping, I approach therapy as a collaboration to meet the demands and stressors of this time in your life. The goal is to support you as you take a leap of faith into the therapeutic relationship to grow, change and thrive.
