I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach to therapy is to be a guide for a client on a path to emotional health. My area of interest and training is PTSD, but I also work with depression, anxiety, panic disorder, and ADHD. The theoretical approaches that I gravitate towards are client-centered or Humanistic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and holistic modalities such as combining better physical health choices with mental health care. I have been working with clients with family relationship issues, life transition problems, a history of abuse, and severe health problems.
