Wherever you begin, you don’t have to figure it out alone. As a DBT-trained and state-certified clinician, I bring both structure and compassion to the work. We focus on skills—because skills give you footing. But I also know skills aren’t enough if you feel unheard, so we go deeper. We look at the patterns, the pain, and the meaning underneath.
